Site readiness
- Know the superintendent/site contact and check-in process.
- Confirm PPE, restricted areas, crane activity and active-equipment hazards.
- Plan repeatable launch/observation locations without assuming prior access will remain available.
Repeatability
- Create a shot list with named viewpoints and approximate heading/altitude.
- Keep date-based folders and consistent naming.
- Document when weather/access prevents a comparable view instead of quietly substituting.
Recurring value
- Offer weekly, monthly or milestone-based progress schedules when appropriate.
- Track what the client actually uses—overview, specific elevations, stockpiles, roof progress, marketing clips.
- Do not represent imagery as engineering verification unless an appropriately qualified professional is providing that service.
