COPYRIGHT & MEDIA RIGHTS

Share work you have the right to share.

Drone footage, photos, workshop materials, portfolio media and client deliverables can carry copyright, privacy and contractual rights. 2 Drones provides reporting and review paths when material appears to be posted without permission.

Platform rule: members may upload or link only material they own, created, licensed, or otherwise have permission to use. Client footage, private-property media and third-party music or graphics can involve separate rights even when you personally flew the drone.

Report something posted on 2 Drones

If you are signed in and the content has a visible Report control, use it and choose the closest copyright/media/rights reason. Reports preserve a snapshot for admin review so later edits do not erase what was reported.

For a rights complaint that needs direct owner review, contact hello@2dronesandatruck.com and include the URL or record involved, what work you believe is yours, why you believe the use is unauthorized, and a way to reach you.

What a complete copyright notice should include

For a formal copyright complaint, provide enough information for 2 Drones to identify and evaluate the claim: identification of the copyrighted work, the specific material and location you want reviewed, your contact information, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, a statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the rights holder, and your physical or electronic signature.

If you are sending a statutory notice, use the exact requirements that apply to your situation. This page is operational guidance, not legal advice.

What happens after a rights report

2 Drones may preserve evidence, limit visibility while a claim is reviewed, contact the member who posted the material, request additional information, restore material when a complaint is unsupported, or remove/restrict material or accounts when a rights violation is substantiated or repeated.

Normal reports do not automatically punish a member. Rights complaints are reviewed in context, and knowingly false or abusive reporting may itself violate Community Standards.

Counter-notice / mistaken removal

If your material is removed because of a copyright claim and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, contact hello@2dronesandatruck.com with the affected URL or record, an explanation of your right to use the material, and the information necessary for 2 Drones to evaluate the request. Formal statutory counter-notices have specific legal requirements; obtain legal advice when you need help with those rights or obligations.

Important company step: publishing this policy does not by itself register a DMCA designated agent or guarantee statutory safe-harbor eligibility. If 2 Drones elects to rely on a formal DMCA designated-agent process, the company should complete and maintain the required U.S. Copyright Office designation separately.
