Marketplace Terms

Current marketplace summary • Effective October 3, 2026

Marketplace role

2 Drones facilitates introductions and transactions between independent marketplace members. 2 Drones does not perform, supervise, direct, guarantee or warrant the underlying drone services, mentoring, equipment, shipping, pickup or other member-to-member performance.

Member access

Public visitors may browse public profiles and equipment listings. Buying or selling requires an active Marketplace Member profile associated with a 2 Drones Pilot or Client profile and verified email access. Buyer or Seller labels alone do not create transaction eligibility.

Independent providers and sellers

Pilots, mentors and equipment sellers remain independent. They control and are responsible for their services, equipment descriptions, lawful ownership, FAA compliance when applicable, safety, insurance, taxes, deliverables, shipping/pickup and transaction-specific obligations.

Marketplace service fees

2 Drones marketplace/service fees are separate from the independent provider or seller's agreed price. The provider or seller's agreed price remains theirs. Applicable third-party payment-processing fees may still apply through the payment provider.

Refunds and disputes

Disputes about the underlying drone service, mentoring, item condition, shipping, pickup, quality, performance and transaction-related refunds are primarily between the participants, subject to applicable law. A 2 Drones marketplace/service fee is generally non-refundable once 2 Drones has provided the marketplace connection and transaction infrastructure, except where required by law, card/payment-network rules, or where 2 Drones itself fails to provide the marketplace service charged for.

Equipment marketplace

Equipment listings are seller-provided. 2 Drones may moderate or remove listings but does not take title to listed items and does not independently warrant item condition, authenticity, ownership, compatibility or fitness. Sellers must disclose known defects and follow applicable shipping rules, including rules for lithium batteries.

No platform bypass

Members first introduced through 2 Drones agree not to bypass the marketplace for transactions covered by applicable marketplace, booking, mentoring, seller or buyer terms.

Verification

Verification badges indicate information or documents reviewed by 2 Drones; they are not a guarantee of competence, legality, safety, availability, item quality or performance.

Changes and legal review

These terms may be updated as the marketplace develops. They are intended to describe the operational marketplace relationship and remain subject to applicable law.
