- Have you checked whether the price covers all of your time and costs?
Before launch
- Check current airspace/authorization requirements using authoritative sources.
- Check current weather and your aircraft/manufacturer limitations.
- Confirm aircraft, batteries, storage, Remote ID and required equipment are ready.
- Confirm access, hazards, client contact and capture checklist.
- Know your stop/reschedule triggers before pressure starts.
Before you call it finished
- Compare the files against the promised deliverable checklist.
- Check focus, exposure, horizon, coverage and missing required angles/data.
- Organize and name files clearly.
- Tell the client what was delivered and note any agreed limitation.
- Use the marketplace completion/review workflow so the job history is documented.
