2. Price the whole job
- Planning and client communication
- Travel and site time
- Flight time and battery cycles
- Editing, processing and upload time
- Insurance, software, equipment wear and risk
3. Build the mission
- Check airspace and authorization needs
- Review weather and operating limits
- Confirm site access and hazards
- Create a capture/deliverable checklist
- Keep the right to stop or reschedule for safety
4. Close professionally
- Quality-check every promised file
- Use clear folders/file names
- Tell the client what was delivered
- Document completion and scope changes
- Ask for the verified marketplace review after completion
