Before the shoot
- Clarify photo, video, vertical/social and neighborhood/context deliverables.
- Confirm property access, occupants, pets, privacy concerns and any no-fly areas.
- Plan for sun direction, weather and exterior condition.
On site
- Capture a repeatable establishing sequence before creative extras.
- Avoid unsafe low passes or pressure to fly where the operation is not legal/safe.
- Check frames for cars, people, address/privacy details and visual clutter.
Delivery
- Separate edited finals from raw files unless raw delivery was sold.
- Keep colors and horizon correction consistent.
- Use simple filenames and fast handoff because listing timelines can be short.
